Hello I am Simon I have been bodybuilding since the age of 16 and since I started seeing results it’s became an addiction. I have come a long way with my progress in my body and I want to show people anything is possible if you have your mind set.

I train 5 days a week at David Lloyd it’s my dream to become a professional bodybuilder and I will do what ever it takes to reach my goal.
