Soooo feedback from my coach was very positive,
No food changes needed...
But I have an increase in cardio from 30 mins to 40 mins incline treadmill walk x 4 a week.
Post workout I have a 10 minute incline walk added
He is very happy with things, can see my mid section and glutes are getting tighter... so all in all what I was disappointed with on the scales tells a whole different story through the pictures and measurements
I'm a very happy bunny ;)
