So i had my check in yesterday, coach was happy but I want to push more for my photoshoot so suggested some lower foods... so from 2day I have more lower food days than usual, followed by a medium day then a high day. Excited to see what changes I can bring. I'm currently around 15-18lbs over my stage weight so want to drop quite a big chunk of this before my shoot. I dont need to be stage lean for my shoot but I want to be comfortable. 7.4lbs down over the past 3 weeks and an inch off of my waist... time to dig a little deeper and I'm excited 😁
