Every morning I can’t wait that alarm to sound.
Fasted cardio is the most hardest thing to do while on prep, but trust me is the most important part of the journey.
I’m currently doing 4 fasted cardio a sessions a week, they consist on 40minuteS HIIT on the stairMaster.
