This is how I start my daily morning.
A nice filling breakfast to help me start a full on day all charged up and with the right gear.
Andreas’s breakfast :
5 eggs, 100g of ground beef , 35g of spinach ,5g coconut oil ,15g of peanuts .
Large coffee with almond milk , sugar free syrup and a dash of cinnamon and cacao for a small guilty pleasure when on prep ?
